January 1, 2016. What are your goals for 2016? How are you going to make yourself better this year? There isn't a more perfect time to recalibrate, refocus, and make a plan for your life and your health. January brings new beginnings, a new chance to seize every opportunity to better yourself and your future. I've seen countless people make resolutions to get more fit and healthy in January, only to watch their motivation go by the wayside before March. The key to making real changes in your life is to have a plan, and then execute that plan every damn day until you succeed. Make your plan clear, concise, and attainable. Keep pushing for what you want no matter the doubters, the ups and downs, the challenges in your way. The life that you want to lead is out there, but hard work, dedication, and bravery are needed to get there. That's my 2016 goal; work hard, stay dedicated, and be fucking brave. I'm dedicated to show my passion for health and fitness and bring you big things through Mountain Fitness this year. The BeMountainFit movement will grow stronger than ever and help more people than imagined in 2016. Join me for the journey!
